How to Submit a Claim

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

To start a claim, email us at support@gritandglorytees.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo of the item, if applicable

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
